Randy has tried over 100 cases to verdict in State and Federal Court throughout Indiana and Michigan. Randy is known as a skilled courtroom advocate in cases involving complex injury, medical, and insurance claims.

After graduating from the University of Michigan with High Distinction, Randy went on to law school at Wayne State University in Detroit. He is a member of the State Bars of New Mexico, Michigan, and Indiana, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Indianapolis Bar Association.

In addition to being selected as a Super Lawyer in 2005, '06, '07, '08, and '09 by Law & Politics, Randy is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell.

Randy is active in his community and civic organizations, notably the Future Conservancy and Lambda Legal. He is a former City Commissioner in Benton Harbor, Michigan.

An avid runner and fitness fanatic, Randy has completed over 20 marathons, notably the 100th Anniversary of the Boston Marathon and 2 Ultra Marathons. The owner of three dogs, Randy also enjoys his Koi pond and collecting antique French glass.
